Our Product Team looks after our flagship products whilst also contributing actively to design and development of ideas within our innovation pipeline. We are therefore looking for a skilled and experienced Product Designer who can contribute to the digital transformation of a traditional industry and help us solve valuable problems for our users.
The position will be based at our Head Office in Oslo.
About the role
The Product Designer we are looking for has experience with digital product design, preferably from SaaS products both in early and later stages.
You will be responsible for end-to-end product design from idea creation to creating prototypes to new feature design across several products. You enjoy approaching design from a strategic and holistic perspective.
You will be a central part of our product development, collaborating effectively as part of an agile product development team of innovation/product managers and developers. You will help us validate ideas, conduct user interviews, and build products that are easy to use and visually appealing to our potential customers.
This may be you:
A background within UX/Product Design and a desire to dive deeper in the UX space (a portfolio to show what great projects you have worked on is a bonus)
Great communication skills. Our working language is English
A strong interest in how design affects user experience
Experience with end-to-end digital product design, either from an inhouse or consultancy environment
Experience conducting user interviews, tests, and workshops as well as making clickable prototypes, both low and high fidelity
Familiarity with a range of design tools. We primarily use Figma
You are systematic and organised in your approach to work, and can work across multiple projects simultaneously
A great team player but also comfortable working solo
You aim to challenge the status quo, but also adapt your ideas to find the best solutions for users
You have a minimum 5+ relevant work experience
It is a bonus if you also have:
Participated in the digital transformation of traditional industries
Adaptability to work with team members across different departments, countries, and time zones
Proven experience working with SaaS products both within early stage innovation and later stage commercialisation
Experience and interest within the shipping or supply chain industries
We offer an exciting job in an international and progressive company with great ambitions for the future. You will be part of a highly skilled, diverse, and supportive team, and work in an environment that encourages long term professional and personal growth. The position is based in Oslo, but the role will involve interactions across different time zones as we have offices in Oslo, Dubai, Singapore, and Tokyo and a world-wide customer base.
If this opportunity sounds like a great fit for you, we encourage you to submit your application, including your CV and portfolio, as soon as possible. The deadline for applications is Friday, 21 February 2025 (end of business day), but we will be reviewing applications on a rolling basis and may close the process earlier if the right candidate is found.
