The Role
As a Customer Solutions Consultant, you will be an integral part of the Commercial team, playing a dual role in both enhancing the sales process and managing a portfolio of accounts to drive the adoption of our solution.
Your deep understanding of the industry will be critical as you contribute to the sales process. By effectively demonstrating how CargoValue is benefiting existing customers, you will aid the sales team in securing new business and fostering broader adoption of the platform.
Managing your customer portfolio will not only deepen your industry knowledge but also equip you with valuable insights and experiences. These insights will enable you to serve as an expert solution advisor, applying your learning to develop your existing customers' businesses and effectively engage with potential new clients.
This dual role provides a unique opportunity to interact with both existing and potential customers, enhancing your expertise and positioning you as a key player in driving the success of our solution.
The position will be based in Oslo.
Key Responsibilities
Manage your own enterprise customer portfolio with responsibility for retention, renewals and growth.
Active involvement in the sales process as a solution specialist, tasked with scoping and demonstrating the solution for potential customers.
Collaborate with the product development team to relay customer feedback and help steer the evolution of CargoValue.
Conduct workshops, training sessions, and presentations to educate clients about the features and benefits of our solutions.
Ideal Candidate
We believe the right candidate for this role has experience from consultancy and/or other customer facing roles.
Has a proactive and exploratory approach to understand the customer’s business, pains and opportunities.
Experience in supply chain management, preferably within the shipping or logistics industry is a bonus but not a requirement.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining strong professional relationships.
